Absolutely love my set, the best quality! Couldn’t recommend more :)

I ordered 3 seperate items through their website at the start of April. Their clothing was uncomfortable and poor quality so I returned the items the next day (you also have to pay for the return yourself; why they do not have free returns in 2021 I do not know). The return was delivered to them the following day and signed for by an employee in their warehouse. I never received a refund or email notification to say my return had been recieved so I chased this myself. I was told they would refund the items I had returned on 28th April and STILL have not received my money back. Absolutely terrible customer service and poor communication. To any prospective customers, I would think twice before ordering their knock-off Gymshark attire.

The leggings I ordered were described as seamless, which is what I wanted. When they arrived they had a big seam down the inside of the leg. Seemed ok quality but didn’t fit the description, so we’re returned

I recently bought a Medium sports bra from Pursue Fitness. It arrived reasonably quickly and I was very impressed by the quality. It looks just as good as the pictures and seems very well made.
Sadly, the bra was too small so I had to return it and ask for the next size up. All of my interactions with customer service were lovely, and although it took a bit of time for the return to be processed, I received a very nice confirmation email and my replacement arrived soon after.
Frustratingly, it seems like the replacement isn't really any bigger than the original. I double checked the sizing and it says "large", but it does not really fit me. At this point, they don't offer larger sizes and it wouldn't be worth the money to return again. I love the products and they have a really nice customer service team, but the sizing is very disappointing. As someone on the smaller end who shouldn't really lose any more weight, I find it sad that I can't even fit the largest size.

The t-shirts are really good quality. Sizes are very good for me. The delivery was fast as well. Satisfied with the purchase????.

Super happy with the service. I had a few questions regarding sizing and received really quick replies from the support team. Delivery was quick and the products fit exactly as described. The Adapt leggings are my new fave, just ordered 3 more colours, can't wait!!

I love the quality and comfort but why is there a large plastic label in the front of the thong on the inside that is unable to be removed ? It’s ugly looking from the outside as you see the line and the plastic sweats on the inside especially for training ?

Great product at a great Price, Would highly recommend this product to anybody. Comfortable to wear and Service brilliant, Customer service spot on. Cant recommend highly enough you wont be disappointed at all.

Terrible customer service. Received a pair of technical leggings which had a massive ladder up the back. Also totally see through and not squat proof. I sent photos and an email asking them to cover the return shipping costs - only fair if the product is faulty. They then sent me a replacement pair which I did not want. Then they sent me an email saying I needed to send both pairs back for a refund. Still not agreeing to cover shipping costs. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They have also now replied to say that it wasn't laddered and 'part of the design' - absolute rubbish. I wish I could upload pictures to show the ladder and also how see through they were!
